This site is being used to document my creation of a Factory Five Replica of the 1965 Shelby Cobra 427. True fans of the 427 will quickly see that I am not building this car as a duplicate of the original or as a tribute to the original but more as a modern day interpretation of the original. Things have changed since 1965 and parts of the car that were great back then need to be updated using today's style and technology. I hope you enjoy the build as much as I will.
